While I have done my best to make the install as easy as possible this is still an advanced mod requiring micro soldering and shell modification. I would not recommend this to a beginner. Please seek a professional installer if you do not feel confident attempting any of the steps involved.

Tools and Consumables
These are common for every install:
Required:
#0 and #1 Philips head screwdriver.
2mm drill
Deburr tool (a bigger drill bit or file will work too)
Kapton tape
Temperature controlled soldering iron
Brass sponge tip cleaner
Good quality solder
No-clean Flux
Recommended:
Tweezers
Good quality desolder braid
(gootwick and “2UUL Solder Vampire” are good, as well as quality name brands)Blue Loctite
Multimeter (essential if anything goes wrong)
Torch or magnifier to assist inspecting solder joints
